How do I determine the best size tent for my event?

To help determine the size you will need for your event you will first need to know the following:

1 - The style of tent you would like to use (free standing or stake tent)

2 - Number of guests attending your event.

3 - Number of people seated at a head table.

4 - What will be setup under the tent (DJ, Food Tables, Cake Table, Bar or Dance Floor)

Use the following information to calculate:

Banquet Table requires 10 sq ft per guest

Round Table requires 12 sq ft per guest

Cocktail Party (Standing) 5-6 sq ft per guest

Cathedral Seating (rows) 6 sq ft per guest

add more square footage for the following

Buffet Lines are 50 sq ft per table

Dance Floor size (multiple length by width)

DJ Setup 100 sq ft
