How far in advance should I book my event?

B-n-T Tents suggests to get your reservation in for your event as soon as your date is set.  We are flexible with changing your order all the way up to your event date.  During the summer months, we are extremely busy and may have very limited inventory if you wait until the last minute to book. 

Our policy for final counts on your order is to have finals to us by 2 weeks prior to your event date.  If you do not have these numbers to us, we will be delivering the complete order to your event.  We will do our best to put a reminder on your paperwork, however this gets missed sometimes during our busier days in the office.  It is your responsibility to communicate this to us so we can adjust your order accordingly.
