What if we need our equipment picked up at the end of our event

after regular hours?

B-n-T Tents Inc can schedule special pickups at the end of your event.  These details will have to be worked out at time of booking.  There will be an additional cost added to your invoice for a dedicated truck to be at your location at a specific time.

We work with many facilities in the area that do require customers and all equipment to be out at a set time at the end of the evening.  B-n-T Tents understand these times and will do our best to accomodate each customer.  But please keep in mind the time that is set by the facility means everyone needs to be out by that time.  B-n-T Tents will need time to remove our items also.  This may mean we will arrive early to be sure we have enough time to tear down or load out our equipment.
